Une toile alimentaire locale pour la CODAH

Connaitre les relations et les flux en matière d’alimentation– des producteurs aux consommateurs finaux – pour optimiser le système alimentaire local et faire émerger de nouvelles opportunités économiques locales : l’Agglomération du Havre (CODAH) et ses partenaires la chambre d'agriculture de Seine-Maritime et l'IUFN (International Urban Food Network) mettent en place une toile alimentaire locale, retenu dans le cadre du Programme National pour l’Alimentation du Ministère de l’Agriculture.


L'enjeu de cette toile alimentaire : géolocaliser les acteurs jouant un rôle dans la dynamique alimentaire locale (producteurs, transformateurs, transporteurs, distributeurs et consommateurs) et identifier les flux alimentaires existants entre eux.


Pour ce projet innovant, la CODAH s'appuie sur l'expérience de l'AURH – Agence d’urbanisme de la Région Havraise - dans l'animation de la toile industrielle® pour optimiser le système alimentaire local et identifier des opportunités de développement : plateforme logistique alimentaire ou des outils de transformation des produits agricoles...
